In this context, Prosense Private Security organizes the security service for exhibitions and congresses separately for the phases as given below:
- Preparation phase security: All employee of the company involving in particularly the preparation and completion work are allowed upon being checked for authorization for working in the event venue. Here, security operation is integrated in the exiting processes of the event venue operator. All preparation materials, equipment and items to be allowed in the event venue are controlled through K9 dogs if requested.
- Event phase security: All staff involved in the security operation is informed according to the information and instructions of the event host at least one day prior. The services such as the entry/exit controls of visitors and participants, x-ray and detectors searches, controls for explosive through K9 dogs if required by the risk element assessments, ensuring the security of parking lots and general spaces, patrolling and information desk are the services provided in this phase.
- Post-event demobilization phase security It is a chaotic phase as it takes place within shorter period of time compared to the preparation and event phases. The security measures to be taken at this point are shaped by the requests of the event venue operator or organizer.
The security practices related to the entry/exit of the workers and contractors involved in the preparation and post-event phase are conducted in the manner to be designated by the event venue operator.
