- To make a list of the prospective manufacturing,
- To determine a time period for the listed manufacturing by considering the quantities; to prepare a ‘Construction Performance Management (CPM) based on the quantities obtained from the Implementation schedule on MS Project Software,
- To give a schedule that contains manufacturing parts and deadlines to all sub-contractors,
- To update and revise the final condition at certain intervals, making sure that the program is an organic one,
- To monitor progress and sub-contractor performances, to evaluate performances, to identify possible delays and to take necessary actions accordingly,
