Determining the Design Teams and Private Consultants
Design team and private consultants or specific matters are picked, determined in line with the investor’s approval, and an organizational chart is created. Location and frequency or ordinary meetings and the list of attendants that will be present at such meetings in order to provide information about the status of the work are determined at this point. A project list is created, and people in charge, terms of reference are determined.
Functional Planning and Preliminary Projects
At this stage the functional planning is conducted for the facility, and architectural mechanical and electrical concept projects are drawn and followed up with for coordination purposes. Designs and outputs are checked in terms of the work schedule, compatibility with the intended design criteria, cost and timing.
Selection of Materials
A concept is determined in order to proceed with the indoor furnishing plans and purchases; architectural, electrical and mechanical material types are selected and submitted for the investor’s approval.
Construction Drawings
Architectural application projects, interior architectural projects, static projects, mechanical application projects and electrical approval for projects are drawn by designated design teams and they process is monitored and followed up with in coordination.
Consultancy for Obtaining Legal Permits
A report is produced, listing all legal permits that should be obtained for making the investment, and explaining the application steps. The legal condition is followed up with, contributions are made to ensure that necessary permits are obtained in the shortest possible time. In addition, applications may be filed in order to enjoy the benefits of certificate of incentive and other similar state-facilities offered to this end.
Discovery and Quantity Survey
Discoveries and quantity surveys are prepared in compliance with the application projects.
Preparing the Technical Specifications
Technical specifications are prepared for each and every item of works.
